"I want to go too"

Last night my Dad (Pops) told Brandt that he was going to be hauling beans today and that he could ride with him.  

So, this morning Brandt hopped right out of bed, looked out the window and saw Pops filling the semi trailer up with beans.  Brandt came running into my room and said "Mom, hurry up, Pops needs me to ride with him, he is almost filled up with beans, hurry up, I need to get dressed or he is going to leave me!"  It's funny to me that he NEVER misses a beat, he knows exactly what is going on and how the whole farm operation works (sometimes I think he knows more than me, ha). 

10 minutes later he was on his way.....

After they left, a little while went by and Alivia came running into the room with her hello kitty boots on.  My first thought, where did she get those and how did she get them on herself?  Well, Alivia for the first time, ran into her room to get her boots out of her closet and put them on all by herself:)  It was SO cute, she was thinking "I want to go too." I told my Dad that it won't be long and she will insist on going too! After she showed me what she had done, I made her show me how she puts the boots on herself.  So, taking one of her feet and sticking it in one boot, she then takes her hand and holds on to something to get her other foot into her other boot (little smarty pants) I was SO proud of her!:)

After Brandt got home the kids thought it would be fun to play in their boots awhile....

We keep the kids gator parked in the garage and now that it's winter we can't ride it outside, but who says we can't ride it or try to ride it in the garage?

P.S. Alivia was too little to drive it last year or really ride in it with Brandt, now she has it all figured out... where does the time go?

Too bad the gator isn't big enough for me, "I want to go too".
