Snow Day

Today the kids and I went outside and played in the snow.  Well, the weather crews were wrong, we didn't get as much as snow as they predicted, but we still got enough to play in.  I am guessing we got about 4 inches or so, you can be the guess of it by the pictures:)

I thought Brandt was going to help me with the snowman but he lost interest real fast(imagine that) so I ended up making a baby one since he didn't want to help!

Alivia didn't know what to think of the snow, she didn't really want to walk in it so she just sat on the sled(lol)

It's great to live on the farm!

Pretty impressive huh? We call this the"Redneck Snowman"

Screws for eyes, nose, ears and a broom for the mustache, yep that's how we roll

Even though I always say I would rather be on a beach than in Iowa with this snow, I must say today I had a blast playing in the snow with the kids!  Hope you all got to enjoy your day as well.
